By-Laws:
A) Requirement for Membership:
Article I:
The above-mentioned association is open to membership to any homeowner or trustee above the age of eighteen, without any prior felony conviction(s), that resides in the above-designated area. It is the discretion of the Pelanconi Estates HOA board to include property owners or trustees that reside outside of Pelanconi Estates boundaries.
Article II:
The above-mentioned association shall not discriminate against ethnicity, religion, gender, cultural heritage, creed, nationality, or race. In order to join the association board and become an active member one has to receive the vote of the majority of current board members, with the exception of the alpha group, which formed in 2005.
Article III:
The above-mentioned association board members shall meet at a designated area as many times as deemed necessary during a year. As an active member of the association the board members are required to attend the meetings.
