B) Elected Officers of the HOA Board:

Article VIII:

The above-mentioned association board shall designate a Secretary. The Secretary shall serve a 12-month period, and could be re-elected. The association board via a ballot shall select the Secretary during the month of September. The Secretary shall be elected by a majority vote. The duties include and are not limited to the gathering of the minutes and the distribution of the minutes to the members. Also, the secretary shall notify all the members concerning future meetings.  


Article IX:

The above-mentioned association board shall designate a number of Canvassers. The Canvassers will be designated on a voluntary basis. All the association members are required to help with canvassing. The duties include and are not limited to the collection of signatures for different petitions and causes that impact the neighborhood.


Article X:

 The above-mentioned association board shall designate a parking and transportation officer. The parking and transportation officer shall serve a 12-month period, and could be re-elected. The association board via a ballot shall select the parking and transportation officer during the month of September. The parking and transportation officer shall be elected by a majority vote. The duties include and are not limited to the observation of parking and transportation related problems and the documentation and reporting of such violations to proper authorities.


Article XI:

 The above-mentioned association board shall designate a Neighborhood Code and Permits officer (DRB liaison). The Neighborhood Code and Permits officer shall serve a 12-month period, and could be re-elected. The association board via a ballot shall select the Neighborhood Code and Permits officer during the month of September. The Neighborhood Code and Permits officer shall be elected by a majority vote. The duties include and are not limited to the observation of code violations and the reporting of such violations to the proper authorities such as neighborhood services. Also, the individual would act as a liaison to the Glendale Design Review Board.
